Our Story
How did you first meet?
Technically we've known of each other since Year 5 of school, but it was only in Year 8 that we sat on the same table in Math Class.
Who made the first move? How?
Li Yen's POV: When we were 13, he made the first move on Skype during my winter break. For context: I'd left for boarding school in England, and he was checking in.
How did he propose?
We were hiking in Taiwan's Yangmingshan National Park, and when we stopped in front of a lake, he asked the question.
Where are you going for your honeymoon?
He wants to rent an RV and road trip across New Zealand, she just wants to have a good time.
What's your favourite activity together?
Tennis. It's on our weekly schedule — sometimes just the two of us, sometimes with friends.
